If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, in which to return it. Please contact us before returning the item, also make sure your name, address and instructions are in with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in sealed packaging.

Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use signed for/tracked post.
